Are you unhealthy and you want to be healthy that's why i'm here to talk about healthy foods that you should eat. Food gives us energy and gives us protein. Is your plate big? if you say yes do you fill up your whole plate? did you know that there is a portion and that is your palm that is your portion. make sure that you drink 8 glasses of water a day. Make sure that you exercise everyday and if it is raining than clean the house causes that's exercise to. eating regular is a good thing but when you miss breakfast you will be tired and grumpy and eat 5 + a day that means eat 5 things that's vegetable or fruit.
